Utrecht Pub Tigers

I was asked by Frisse Mosterd, to document the Pub tigers of Utrecht. Frisse Mosterd is a magazine entirely focused on the restaurant/bar/hotel branch in Utrecht. This special edition focused on the heroes of the brach, who work behind closed doors.

Utrecht is famous for its cats in bars and restaurants. Connected to this is something else the city is known for; mice. The council prefers cats over mice, and so the pets are tolerated. Some of them have become real characters in the cities nightlife, and some are never seen by the guests.
